The Qualifications We Seek

  • Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Currently residing in the Philippines
  • Must possess valid legal authorization to work in the Philippines with complete employment documents or active working visa
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Customer Support, Sales Support, Business Support, Account Coordination, or client-facing operations

Your Daily Tasks

German Client Support & Coordination

  • Manage inbound calls and emails from German-speaking B2B clients
  • Gather customer requirements, project specifications, timelines, and order details
  • Provide professional and consultative customer support throughout the sales and order process

Proposal & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in Salesforce
  • Coordinate quotations, pricing, proposals, follow-ups, approvals, and order confirmations
  • Convert approved quotations into finalized and accurate customer orders

Business Operations & Order Processing

  • Collaborate with internal teams and international production partners to support order fulfillment
  • Review project details, validate requirements, and ensure documentation accuracy and workflow compliance
  • Support process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
